Thank you very much for your help to support Chubu Walkathon. In 2021, we were able to raise ¥5,600,000, which will support 18 organizations in the Chubu area. Just by attending (buying raffle tickets, purchasing food & drink), you are helping local charitable organizations.

¥200,000 is donated to purchase an AI face recognition and body surface temperature monitoring device and install it at the entrance for the safety og residents and visitors.

Public interest incorporated foundation, Nagoya YMCA (Nagoya) provides various activities for youth and children with disabilities.
¥300,000 was provided to cover and/or subsidize travel expenses for children from needy families to participate in a 5-day YMCA Summer Camp at Hiwadakogen camping ground in Gifu.
Provides after-school day-care service including weekend and extended holidays, family support, and learning support for children with a developmental disability.
¥250,000 is donated to purchase a freezer to run a food pantry service.
Asunaro runs Café Asunaro where mentally and physically challenged persons are able to work and interact with the local community.
¥150,000 was provided to replace tables and chairs at the café where people with disabilities work.
Social Welfare Corporation Nagoya Tewo Tsunagu Ikuseikai (Nagoya) holds recreation activities, fund-raising activities, and make policy proposals led by people with mental disabilities.
¥100,000 was provided to purchase a projector to use for workshops and study sessions.
Provides day care service, short-term care service, home help service, transportation service, and counseling services for severe mentally and physically handicapped people, particulary children.
¥260,000 was provided to purchase storage batteries to secure power supply in times of disaster at two day-care service facilities for severely disabled children/adults in Minato-ku, Nagoya. Loss of power could threaten the survival of some of these individuals.
Supports the mentally and physically challenged, and provides welfare programs for the elderly.
¥100,000 was provided to purchase two electric elevation tables for wheelchair users at Yutaka workshop/day care.
Provides a workplace for the mentally and physically challenged who cannot sustain regular employment, and offers training courses and transition support for people with disabilities who hope to work for ordinary businesses.
¥100,000 was provided to purchase a projector and install it in a cafeteria to enhance their daily activities.
Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Make-A-Wish of Japan Nagoya Branch (Nagoya) helps to make dreams come true for children fighting a serious illness.
¥400,000 is donated to provide a "Disney Wish" by decorating "Wish Chidren's" hospital rooms with Disney goods, give them Disney goods as gifts, or provide a fun time at a hotel with their family.
Supports activities of the Japan Marrow Donor Program and conducts public awareness activities. Provides comprehensive support for blood diseases patients and their families.
¥250,000 was provided to purchase a computer and equipment to hold online events.
Supports homeless and impoverished people living in the Chubu area and publicize their activities.
¥400,000 was donated to provide food and supplies to the homeless in the Chubu area.
Provides telephone and e-mail counseling services for the prevention of child abuse, shelter services for mothers and children, workshops for municipal officials, and public lectures.
¥550,000 was provided to help operate a shelter for domestic and sexual violence victims.
Runs a shelter for domestic violence victims, provides a telephone hotline, lawyer referrals, and other support to build new lives.
¥550,000 yen was provided to help operate the shelter for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. This donation will improve the quality of support, and allow for support for more victims in need.
Working to further develop and improve activities by NGOs in order to create a peaceful and an equal society made up of "global citizens" based mainly in the Chubu region.
¥150,000 was provided to support NPOs/NGOs in Chubu so they can hold meetings and events via Zoom and to use SNS for public relations activities.
Social Welfare Corporation Japan Service Dog Association (Nagakute) trains service dogs to help people with physical disabilities live independently with the aid service dogs.
Supports animal-assisted activity and animal therapy as community public-interest activities.
¥300,000 was provided to purchase equipment for recording videos and expenses for shooting promotional materials.
