Support the Walkathon
There are a number of ways that
you can support the Chubu Walkathon.
Volunteer
An event of this magnitude requires a lot of manpower. Planning for the event spans the year with a great amount of effort from the team in the 5 or 6 months preceding the event. On the day, a large number of volunteers are needed t help carry out a number of tasks and logistic challenges.
Buy Raffle Tickets
Support the 2024 Chubu WalkathonA great portion of the money that ends up in the hands of the beneficiaries comes from the sale of individual raffle tickets. By attending you are directly helping those in need and in addition to ticket sales, a portion of the proceeds from food sales is donated by the various vendors. But even if you can't make it to the event, please consider purchasing a few raffle tickets as a form of donation.
Corporate Sponsorship
If you run a company or organization, please consider the Walkathon when allocating your Corporate Social Responsibility budget. Your sponsorship is critical to the preparation and logistics of this unique event. Of course, official acknowledgement and promotion are given as thanks fro your generosity.
Make a donation
If you can't make the event, or perhaps you live overseas, please consider making a simple donation. 100% of what you give will end up being applied for the benefit of the neediest of Chubu residents.
