Thank you very much for your help to support Chubu Walkathon. In 2022, we were able to raise ¥3,500,000, which will support 17 organizations in the Chubu area. Just by attending (buying raffle tickets, purchasing food & drink), you are helping local charitable organizations.

Public interest incorporated foundation, Nagoya YMCA (Nagoya) provides various activities for youth and children with disabilities.
¥100,000 was provided to cover and/or subsidize travel expenses for children from needy families to participate in a 5-day YMCA Summer Camp in 2023.
Provides after-school day-care service including weekend and extended holidays, family support, and learning support for children with a developmental disability.
¥100,000 is donated for the installation of a warehouse at the food pantry's intermediate support center to secure storage space and increase food distribution volume and efficiency.
Asunaro runs Café Asunaro where mentally and physically challenged persons are able to work and interact with the local community.
¥100,000 was provided to purchase a refrigerator-freezer for a café where mentally challenged people work, aiming to increase the number of customers by an average of 10 per day, and monthly salary by an average of ¥1,000.
Social Welfare Corporation Nagoya Tewo Tsunagu Ikuseikai (Nagoya) holds recreation activities, fund-raising activities, and make policy proposals led by people with mental disabilities.
¥50,000 was provided to create uniforms for the young mentally challenged members to wear while participating in fundraising and cleanup activities.
Provides day care service, short-term care service, home help service, transportation service, and counseling services for severe mentally and physically handicapped people, particulary children.
¥100,000 was provided to introduce the Snoezelen project to provide better quality care to children with severe disabilities.
Supports the mentally and physically challenged, and provides welfare programs for the elderly.
¥100,000 was provided to purchase an electric bed at a daycare facility for elderly residents to reduce the physical burden on them and their caregivers.
Provides a workplace for the mentally and physically challenged who cannot sustain regular employment, and offers training courses and transition support for people with disabilities who hope to work for ordinary businesses.
¥100,000 was provided to purchase iPads to cover a staff shortage and improve work efficiency.
Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Make-A-Wish of Japan Nagoya Branch (Nagoya) helps to make dreams come true for children fighting a serious illness.
¥200,000 is donated to provide a "Disney Wish" by decorating "Wish Chidren's" hospital rooms with Disney goods, give them Disney goods as gifts, or provide a fun time at a hotel with their family.
Supports activities of the Japan Marrow Donor Program and conducts public awareness activities. Provides comprehensive support for blood diseases patients and their families.
¥100,000 was provided to hold a hybrid event with bone marrow transplant recipients and a donors on stage.
Supports homeless and impoverished people living in the Chubu area and publicize their activities.
¥100,000 was donated to provide food and supplies to the homeless in the Chubu area.
Provides telephone and e-mail counseling services for the prevention of child abuse, shelter services for mothers and children, workshops for municipal officials, and public lectures.
¥250,000 was provided to help operate a shelter for domestic and sexual violence victims.
Runs a shelter for domestic violence victims, provides a telephone hotline, lawyer referrals, and other support to build new lives.
¥250,000 yen was provided to help operate the shelter for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. This donation will improve the quality of support, and allow for support for more victims in need.
